Alternative Therapy Equipe: Gabriel Oliveira, Marcus e Matheus Mancilha

  In our opinion, alternative therapy has both positive and negative sides, it depends on the point of view of the person they want to do.
  We think that, alternative therapy may contain the results more affective than other traments, because it's all natural, does not drugs, that sometimes have side effects.
  Another reason it that, alternative therapy is better because  not only works with the body, but also with the mind, because most often the probleme is not the body, but the mind.
  To sum up, alternative therapy is a very effective mean of tratament because is doesn't use drugs and doesn't  have side effects, and helps the people to solve their problems.

Stress: Ariane 06, Leonardo Serva 17, Gabriel Vilela 14 e Camila 10



Stress afflicts thousands of people in the world it is physical, phychological or social.
It is divided into acute, which comes off of a situation experienced by the
individual as the death of a relative or a place trip and chronic when it comes
from everyday situations that trigger stress repeatedly as concerns about
assault, traffic, etc. In our opinion the patient suffering from stress should
be monitored closely by a doctor, because it can cause heart problems.
Stress affects the nervous system which controls the heart rhythm thus leading the
individual to have some heart problems. The psycological stress condition can
affect the social life of the individual
( relationship problems)

  
Since, stress could cause heart problems, the patient has to visit his cardiologist
regularly to avoid its complications and, ultimately death. There are several
alternative treatments for stress; Bamboo massage, yoga, tai-chi-chuan are the
most common and in the opinion of its practitioners, they are very efficient
because they are about all relaxing.



We conclude that stress is a serious problem that affects many people and that many
individuals suffer from it and do not know how to deal with this disease, so he
ends up becoming worse and it’s difficult to treat it only by alternative
methods. What we recommend is to always choose an alternative method before
going to the doctor as often ( in the initial phase ) is easier and more pleasant
to deal with it.



 

Alternative Therapy - Acunputure and Flower Therapy [Equipe: Mariana Rezende (nº24) - Anna Clara (nº5) - Ana Luiza F. (nº4) - Lucas Martins (nº21)]

    In our opinion, the illness cure comes with the psychological cure of the person.
It depends on him/her, because there is no other way if the person doesn't want
to be cured, and all the illnesses have their origins from the psychology
of the person.

    So, all the treatments that are true depends on the illness, but every person choses one,
because they think it is better than another, and all the people in a certain
way has been cured ; by acupuncture, flower therapy or other traditional
medicine treatments.

   It's good to remember that we believe, and the best cure comes from the bright side,
from the willing of the person. 



  

Alternative Theraphy -- Caio (9), Felipe (12), Matheus Senador (26), Vinicius (31).

  
   Alternative Theraphy are always discussed, because they don't use doctors neither traditional medicine. A lot of people don't trust in ist eficience and think it's something absolutely crazy. In our opinio, alternative theraphy should be better discussed and the beas should disapear.
   These kinds if theraphies are really good for people who look for a new medicine. In our research we studied acupunture that is being very used nowadays. People who used acupunture reported that it brought good results. The usage of these teraphies are growing and making a lot of people happy.
   Other teraphies like queropraxy and yoga have brought good results, besides that the professionals
of this theraphy are like doctors because they have to study a lot to use the
techniques.
   We can conclue that alternative theraphies are other ways to treat our diseases.

Head pain and Headaches - Lucas Dias Machado

          In the case of a pain on the head , the ideal is to look for a doctor with a common therapy , because the real problem is not in your body. If it is a headache , the best treatment is a therapy like acupuncture that increases the endorphin, releases naturally produced painkillers.
            By taking the focus out of the pain, by meditation , physical therapy, yoga and pilates are useful for victims of headaches
            An alternative therapy focuses primarily on you taking control of your mind , and the priority of conventional therapy is to heal the body.
 

Insomnia and the Music Therapy [Willow(32), Daniel(11), Alvaro(3), Leonardo Pereira(16)]

    Alternative therapies are increasingly popular in the world, and in our opnion, alterative therapies are exellent methods of treatment for problems such as insomnia. There are several types of therapies, music therapy is one of the examples.
    Music therapy is a therapeutic work with artistic techniques to the well-being, besides working hard breathing. Moreover, this treatment is very relaxing because of the echoing sound of the instruments that are harmonius for the ears of the practitioners.
    Another reason that supports our view is that music therapy aims to develop potentials and/or restore functions of the individual so that he or she achieves a better quality of life throught prevention, rehabilitation or treatment.
    To summarize, the music therapy is the use of music and/or its constituent elements, rhythm, melody and harmony, by a qualified music therapist with a clientor groups. its a process designed to facilitate and promote communication, relationship learning, mobilization, expression, organization and other relevant therapeutic objectives in order to meet the physical, emotional, mental, social and cognitives necessities.

    The mood affects all people there are people living with bad temper, and others who live less. In my opinion, this happens because of routines, stress and when something that you don't like happens.

    If something that you don't like happens, you will get angry, and that will get you into a bad mood. Routines and stress make you feel bad, which can also generate a negative mood.

    So I think that to get rid of it, we need an alternative therapy, which makes you become more relaxed.

    The bad temper can be cured. First, you have to be willing to get rid of it. And do different things can also help in the treatment. So relax enough, do not worry about everything, just what is needed.
